To reserve one of our Limited Companies, follow the steps below:
- Choose the company you prefer from our list of available companies..
- You may request the reservation of the chosen company by fax, letter, email However the quickest and most effective method is by using our reservation form.
- Shortly after you will receive our reply, either confirming your reservation, or communicating that the company is no longer available due to a previous reservation.
- In order to avoid the risk of previous reservation by other clients, it is recommended that you choose the names of three companies and list them in order of preference.
The reservation of a company, once confirmed, will be without cost for five days. The reservation will only be extended on previous payment of a deposit (this amount will depend upon the period of time for which the client wishes to reserve the company), which will be deducted from the cost of our services once the operation is finalised. In the case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned. It will be retained for expenses and as compensation for the non-availability of the company for the period of time established.
